By effectively getting your squirtle this high you've succeeded as much as you are going to. 2 energies for 20+ damage but usually you have a coin flip or a condition that has to happen. This card you just need more energies and I wouldn't even be complaining about this card if its max attack wasn't 40 damage for 4 energies but at least there's always blastoise to look forward to :p
